The Copyright Act, 1957 (as amended by the Copyright Amendment Act 2012) governs the subject of copyright law in India. The Act is applicable from 21 January 1958.
Reservations & Payments
- Advance Payment
In order to process the booking, we would need Rs.20, 000 / or 20 % of the total amount which is higher as advance amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway. For Flight booking we need full payment of flights or in some case we can issue the flights with cancellation charges. Rest amount can be paid within 1-2 days only in that case in which customer buying full package from us.
- Booking Confirmation Amount
After getting the availability from the hotel / Flights / Transport etc you will be informed via email / Phone, Then you need to make the 30% of remaining payments which can be made within 1-2 days through Net banking, Bank Transfers (Cash) or Cheque in our Bank.
If due to non-availability of hotel we can offer other similar hotel category option or we will give full refund to customer with the applicable interest of bank.
- Full Balance Payment
Remaining amount needs to be furnished 30 days before the travel. In case of urgent bookings, it depends on the nature of bookings. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail / Phone call.
- Invoice and Vouchers
Delivery of your total Bill Receipt and Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 3-10 days before the actual Travel.
We realize that most people who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity. Nevertheless, cancellations are costly to administer and involve dedicated staff time and communications costs. Therefore, when you make a booking with us we mentioned cancellation policy of particular product clearly on mail. Normally ones you cancel your booking from any other agency they charge so many hidden charges from customers. But Oho Holidays charge the actual charges charged by Particular airline, Hotel or any other service provider.
Cancellations are based on per person bases. Please note, however, that reservations made after the final payment date are immediately subject to cancellation charges.
Date of booking to 30 days before check in the cancellation charges will be 25% of the package cost.
30 to 15 days before check in the cancellation charges will be 50% of the package cost.
15 to 7 days before check in the cancellation charges will be 75% of the package cost.
Less than 7 days before check in Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
No show Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.Cancellation Policy is subject to change.It purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels. In Peaks seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation. Refunds normally take 10 working days after the cancellation request has been raised & transferred electronically to your bank account.Traveler substitutions are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees.Please note that we do not make any refunds for any unused portion of your trip.
